– Minimum order:
No Minimum Order (any combination is possible, there isn’t a minimum Order Value). You can mix & match items from different categories.
– Shipping International Orders:
I do ship worldwide from Marrakech,morocco.
– How to place an order:
If you would like to be a wholesale customer and resell our lovely pieces please send an email to [email protected] with the list of the items you want from our online shop in this website (provide category and name of the items) and your details (Name, company name, address with postcode for shipping cost calculation, and telephone number) and I will get back to you by email as soon as I can with the shipping cost estimation.
Once you have agreed on the shipping cost a digital invoice for the total charges with shipping will be sent to you.
– Shipping cost:
Shipping is not included in the cost of goods.
It will be calculated according the size and weight of your potential parcel and your address. We normally work with (FeDex, DHL). I will send you the shipping cost in the next following day I receive your email.
– Shipping insurance:
It will be included in the cost of the shipping.
– Payment options:
An invoice via PayPal will be sent after you submit your order via email and agree on terms and conditions.
You will be able to pay with your PayPal account, debit card or credit card.
All prices are listed in (USD), but customers will pay in their local currency when using PayPal.
– Returns & exchanges:
I only accept returns for items damaged in shipping.
I don’t accept exchanges or cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
– Processing time:
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping is 1 to 2 days.
– Estimated shipping times:
North America: 5-8 business days
Latin America and the Caribbean: 7-18 business days
Europe: 3-7 business days
Asia: 5-15 business days
Africa and the Middle East: 5-10 business days
– Import Tax and duty:
It depends on where you live (country) if you have to pay or not Import tax.
It is a customer obligation to pay in the case it is necessary.
Normally you’ll be contacted by the courier company (when the parcel has arrived to your country) explaining how to pay any fees for dealing with customs.
